Indigenous-led consulting, facilitation, and advisory grounded in relationship, humility, and action.
Joyce Leppington Consulting is an Indigenous-led consulting network grounded in Coast Salish teachings and supported by consultants who bring diverse expertise, lived experience, and community knowledge. We walk alongside organizations across British Columbia and beyond to strengthen cultural alignment, deepen relational practice, and support meaningful systems change rooted in truth and connection.
Our work is guided by connection before intention. We strive to create learning environments where people feel grounded, respected, and supported because real learning happens when relationships come first. Through workshops, keynotes, training, and advisory services, we invite reflection, build emotional intelligence, and support teams in moving beyond performativity toward meaningful action.
Our network includes consultants with specialized backgrounds in education, public service, emergency response, health care, finance, Coast Salish art, child welfare, youth development, business development, construction, MMIW2S+ advocacy, cultural practices, and more. This diversity allows us to offer nuanced, culturally grounded perspectives that honour multiple realities and uphold cultural integrity in the projects we support.
JLC also walks in close kinship with our brother company, Len Pierre Consulting, reflecting on traditional values of family, reciprocity, and shared responsibility. We collaborate on initiatives that require deep cultural alignment and collective leadership.
We are also supported by Coast Salish artists and creatives, including Simone Diamond, whose visual storytelling brings teachings to life in ways that are culturally aligned, respectful, and resonant.
At its heart, JLC exists to support truth-telling, relational accountability, and learning that leads to real change. We believe that systems shift when people do and we remain committed to walking this path with connection before intention.
Too often, colonial histories and their ongoing impacts are minimized or ignored, leaving gaps in understanding and action. At JLC, we create space for truth to be spoken and perspectives to be broadened. Our work helps organizations and communities move beyond surface-level gestures and into meaningful action that strengthens relationships, shifts systems, and builds equity for future generations.
